Nathan Westrup: Nathan is the Executive Director of Business Engagement (Innovation) at UCSC. He is an external relations professional who demonstrated success in working with leaders in industry, government, and universities. He is skilled in fundraising, international engagement, board & foundation relations, investment management, strategic partnerships, and entrepreneurial ventures.

Veronica Heiskill Ph.D. : Veronica is the Associate Director of Experiential Learning & Student Employment) at UCSC. She has helped people find their voice, discover their talents and interests, and put those talents into action in different diversity centers, academic advising, housing, and career center settings for over 11 years. In her consulting sessions, her approach is rooted in positive psychology, existentialism, and strengths-based coaching.
