Behind Every Employer Santa Cruz County

A coalition of local governments and nonprofits is pleased to launch the Behind Every Employer initiative in Santa Cruz County. 

Behind Every Employer Santa Cruz County is a business resource network for local employers interested in workforce and other local business services. Behind Every Employer Santa Cruz County connects businesses needing assistance recruiting talent, identifying needed workforce training, consulting about challenges facing a business, finding information about the local market and locating needed financing.

Behind Every Employer is a joint project of Workforce Santa Cruz County, the County of Santa Cruz; the cities of Santa Cruz, Watsonville, Capitola and Scotts Valley; the Santa Cruz Small Business Development Center and El Pajaro Community Development Corporation.  Click here for more information: https://behindeveryemployer.org/santa-cruz/
