NEST Flight - Call for Mentors!

One of the most unique elements of NEST Flight has always been our mentor lunch. Attendees and mentors have walked away from that experience feeling inspired and excited! 

​That is why we wanted to make sure to include this in this year’s virtual conference. We are looking for professionals at any stage in their careers to come talk to youth and share your journey, share what led you to where you are today, and answer any questions they may have for you. 

To continue to expand our reach and propel youth into their career journeys we will be hosting a youth workforce development conference from March 3rd to March 5th, 2022, inviting both current Digital NEST members and high school and college students from various educational institutions. The goals of the NEST Flight conference are to provide inspiration, education and professional connections that will help the attendees jump start their career journeys.

One of the most popular parts of our conference has always been the micro-mentoring sessions! These sessions will require you to facilitate a conversation around your career journey, to share your advice with youth, and to answer any questions they might have. It is optional to share your contact information with the attendees you speak with (LinkedIn profile preferred) if you'd like to stay connected with them after the event, be available to address follow up questions they may have or if you'd like to be an informal resource for them as they start their career journey.
