The first thing I do is get to know you and your business personally.  Your business has it's own unique needs and I want to tailor all our HR work toward your vision and goals.

Ongoing Support

I provide you with going support for your HR issues as they arise.  Simply reach out with your needs through email and I will respond within 24 - 48 hours.

Cancel Anytime

If you feel Back Pocket HR isn't for you anymore you can cancel at any time.  No hard feelings.  Although I will miss you!!
